The connection between the inflatable bladder and the supporting structure constitutes one of the product's core technologies. First, the root angle steel, main anchor bolts, and wedge angle steel are secured to the riverbed; concrete is then poured once these components have been adjusted into their proper positions. The casting fixture is connected to the main anchor bolts and rests upon the root angle steel, while the inflatable bladder is supported by the wedge angle steel. The top of the bladder is flipped over to the upstream side of the face panel, where it is compressed and secured by the casting fixture, and subsequently fastened to the gate body via hinge cover plates and clamping plates.
