EIGHT STANDARDS FOR PURCHASING HIGH-QUALITY AND COST-EFFECTIVE INFLATABLE RUBBER DAM

1. Pure Raw Materials

Must use virgin neoprene/EPDM rubber, rejecting the use of large amounts of recycled rubber; the skeleton is made of high-strength nylon/polyester canvas, with the number of layers and thickness conforming to national standards, without reducing the number of layers or thinning the rubber layer.

2. Standard 3-ply Structure

Strictly adheres to a composite structure of an inner air-tight rubber layer + middle skeleton canvas + outer weather-resistant protective rubber layer, with uniform rubber layer thickness, no uneven rubber distribution, thin edges, or localized material reduction.

3. Hot Vulcanization Process

Dam bladder seams and end interfaces are bonded using high-temperature, high-pressure hot vulcanization, resolutely avoiding cold bonding and manual splicing with glue; seam overlap widths are compliant, preventing later opening and air leakage.

4. Complete Physical Property Testing Reports

The manufacturer can provide batch tensile strength, tear strength, interlayer peel strength, and aging resistance test reports, with parameters conforming to water conservancy industry standards; verbal promises are not valid.

5. 100% Air-tightness Test of the Entire Bladder

A 24-hour pressure test is performed on the entire bladder before shipment. Pressure drop meets standards, with no pinholes or leaks. Test records are available for verification; this is not a sampling test only.

6. Precise Dimensions and Hole Positions

The circumference, height, anchor hole positions, and hole diameter of the dam bladder are controlled within specifications. It can be installed and aligned normally on-site without the need for on-site cutting or forced pulling.

7. Reasonable Price, Avoid the Lowest Price

Avoid products priced significantly below market value. These often have reduced layers, thinner rubber layers, use recycled rubber, or are cold-bonded. Don't blindly chase brand premiums; factory-direct, mid-range, compliant models are the most suitable.

8. Clear Warranty and After-Sales Service

A written warranty period is agreed upon, and installation technical guidance is provided. The manufacturer is responsible for after-sales service in case of issues such as delamination, leakage, or sewing problems, with no shirking of responsibility.
