II. Core Expense Details
(I) Dam Bladder Cost (cost core, accounting for 30%~50%)
1. Calculation Method: Calculated based on projected area
Dam bladder area = dam length × dam bladder expanded perimeter (perimeter is determined by dam height and internal pressure ratio)
2. Key Parameters for Pricing
Dam height: The higher the dam height, the larger the unfolded perimeter and the more materials used. For every 1 meter of height, the unit price increases by 30% to 50%.
Internal pressure ratio: The normal value is 1.1~1.3. The higher the internal pressure ratio, the more layers of rubber canvas and the higher the cost.
Material: The main material is nylon 66 canvas + neoprene. The number of layers such as two cloths and three rubbers, three cloths and four rubbers, the thickness of the rubber layers, and the aging resistance level directly determine the unit price.
Color: Regular black is the most cost-effective, colored models cost 15%~25% more
3. Reference unit price: 300~800CNY/㎡ (regular black, 3-cloth 4-adhesive standard models)
(II) Civil Anchorage Costs (the highest proportion, 40%~60%)
Pricing is based on concrete cubes and individual projects, and is most affected by geological conditions.
1. Concrete base plate: 600~1000CNY/m³, base plate thickness 0.5~1m
2. Anchor system: including anchor bolts, pressure plates, wedges, unit price 300~1000CNY/m
3. Foundation treatment: The soft soil foundation needs to be replaced and reinforced with pile foundations, and the overall cost will increase by 20% to 50%.
4. Supporting projects: upstream and downstream slope protection, anti-seepage treatment, wing wall pouring, etc.
(III) Control System Costs (accounting for 5%~15%)
Billed according to the whole set, divided into two modes: water filling and air filling.
1. Water-filled type: water pump, pipeline, valve, control cabinet, 50000~200000CNY/set
2. Inflatable type: air compressor, pipeline, automatic control kit, 50000~200000CNY/set
3. Intelligent upgrade: install remote monitoring and automatic water level and pressure sensing equipment for an additional 30,000~80,000 CNY
(IV) Installation and Transportation Costs (accounting for 5%~10%)
1. Installation fee: 200~500CNY/m, including dam bladder lifting, anchoring, and on-site debugging
